I learned that collaboration across teams, stakeholders, and users is reflected in a good design. Being an intermediary and a data driver is a key to success in design.
I’m Karolina, UI/UX Designer based in Warsaw, Poland.
I work at the intersection of design, technology, and business. My main goal is to provide the best possible solution from both perspectives: the business side and also the user side.
In 2012, I started my studies in Graphic Design. In the meantime, I started working as a Graphic/UI Designer.
As part of my development, I decided to deepen my knowledge of UX Design, so in 2020 I acomplished
a post-graduate course in UX Design on SWPS University
to understand user needs as much as possible.
Also to deepen my knowledge of user analysis and research.
On a daily basis, as a UI/UX I work with the business department, business analysts, API developers, scrum masters, developers.
In my projects, I take into account the analysis of the problem, design mockups, through the final, pixel perfect UI screens, to the library maintenance stage in Figma, until the project is handed over to the developers, staying in close contact with them.
Tools I use mostly on daily basis are Figma and Jira.
