Merchant Portal a platform designed for businesses that accept payments, providing them with tools and features to manage their transactions, view reports, and perform other related activities.
Introduction
Based on merchant feedback, there is currently no straightforward way for Merchants to deactivate unused terminals through their portal. Terminals that are no longer needed often remain active, incurring unnecessary monthly fees. Giving merchants a self-service deactivation option will save them money while improving the customer experience.

Reduce the cost of terminal deactivation by reducing the number of calls to the call center.
Create a simple and convenient path for Merchants (Business Owners) to deactivate terminals, so that they can do it on their own at any time without additional contact with the call center.
